Location

The views from the balcony over the Med, the Mar Menor are truly wonderful, just perfect place to sit and watch the action in the pool during the day, or in the evenings to enjoy an evening meal and watch the wonderful sunsets.

In a unique part of South East Spain that is the complete opposite to the Costa del Sol or Benidorm, La Manga is a very 'Spanish' family orientated resort. The apartment is easily accessible and affordable from both; San Javier Airport (45 mins approx.) and Alicante Airport (90 mins approx.).

"A really great place - six great restaurants within walking distance - a fantastic choice from a gourmet experience to our favourite the less expensive ones overlooking the Med. The views from the apartments are fantastic. Two small local supermarkets selling everything you need and fresh fruit every day - within walking distance. Also there is a chemist close by and a wonderful coffee shop with fresh croissants and baguettes every day. A very Spanish holiday but if you are looking for Spanish Spain - this is it! We had a fantastic time - one of our best holidays ever and all at a very reasonable price! We all had a great time. The pool is amazing and usually quiet, it is also enclosed and very safe. There is a choice of two beaches close by with sun beds and pedalos for hire and we hired a jet ski! Well-equipped kitchen, a large number of toys for children (dolls, balls, scoops, spatulas) and adolescents (Psp, dvd, board games), beach accessories (chairs, inflatable toys, circles, balls and mattresses). Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Stroller, Baby chair, cot. Beautiful wooden furniture on the balcony. Wifi. The ideal apartment for a holiday with young children. Distance from the Mar Menor beach 1 minute walk to the Mediterranean Sea for 2 minutes. The nearest small shop with fresh vegetables and bread 1 minute. Spar 2 km. Super Cor and the market on Saturdays at 3 km."

"We stayed from July 14th until 21st. Weather was excellent, we appreciated the day with a few clouds, was a welcome break from the sun. Mar Menor is a must for adults and children. Local marina had brilliant restaurants, Mannys being our favourite. Apartment was excellent, had everything you needed and more. We will be rebooking soon."
